The role :

Following an internal mobility of our current Store Leader, we are currently seeking their replacement.

Located at Zürichstrasse 24, Decathlon Bienne store offers a vast assortment of products for over 30 sports. Its bilingual team provides a wide range of services, such as workshop repairs, equipment rentals (ski/snowboard, bikes), a "Second Life" program for used items and 1-hour Click & Collect.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Define the best product offering adapted to the needs of our Swiss customers through the commercial policy.
  • Manage your profit and loss account and inventory.
  • Develop and manage your resources autonomously.
  • Recruit, lead, and develop your team by fostering the autonomy of each team member.
  • Ensure the satisfaction of your customers through your service policy.
  • Drive your business through commercial operations, local partnerships, and your network of sports enthusiasts.

Profil

Your profile:

  • You absolutely must have initial experience in retail, where you have developed your managerial skills and strengthened your commercial acumen.
  • You are fluent in English and French and/or German. The region is bilingual.
  • You are ambitious, dynamic, passionate about retail and customer satisfaction.
  • You have a strong sense of responsibility and organization.
  • Your strong sense of service and team spirit are key strengths.
  • You are a person of action and know how to make decisions.
  • You are passionate about serving your customers and welcoming them as your own guests.
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong appetite for challenges.
  • You are available to work on Saturdays.
  • And of course, you are a passionate sports enthusiast!
