About the Role

To strengthen our Bern City store, we are looking for a Team Leader ready (= department manager) to take on new challenges alongside a passionate team of 7 teammates. You will work closely with Bruno, the new Store Leader in training. 

In this role, you will also have the opportunity to work on topics related to store operations such as shop logistics management, safety and improving customer flow in-store.

This is a permanent full-time position (100%) to be filled as soon as possible.

Your responsabilities

• Develop the best product offer for Swiss customers, in line with our commercial strategy
• Manage your profit and loss account and control stock levels effectively
• Independently develop and manage your resources to drive performance
• Recruit, lead and support your team, helping each teammate grow in autonomy and responsibility
• Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service policies
• Boost your department through commercial events, local partnerships, and your network of sports enthusiasts

Your profil

• You have previous retail experience, whether in sports retail or any other retail field
• You're versatile, responsible, and driven by customer satisfaction and solution-oriented thinking
• With an intrapreneurial mindset, you thrive on challenges and are always looking to push your limits
• You're open to a new adventure in a city and excited by the idea of stepping out of your comfort zone
• You speak German fluently and at least a B1 level in English
• You are available to work on Saturdays
• And above all, you're truly passionate about sport !
